Company Overview
We are a Czech engineering company founded in 1998. We specialise in the fabrication of steel structures, weldments, frames and technical assemblies for customers across Europe. All key operations — cutting, forming, welding, machining and assembly — are carried out at our own production facilities with a total area of 44,000 m². This enables us to maintain consistent quality, reliable delivery times and full control over the entire production process.
We have technologies for processing large-format sheet metal up to 6,225 × 2,500 mm, welding frames up to 15 metres in length and weighing up to 12 tonnes, and machining heavy components on modern CNC machine tools, including horizontal boring mills. We have implemented management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 3834-2 standards, and we are capable of handling both repeat series production and demanding one-off projects.

Material Cutting
Precision laser cutting of sheets up to 6,225 × 2,500 mm and material thicknesses up to 30 mm. High dimensional accuracy and consistent quality, even for large-format components
Material forming
CNC bending of sheet metal up to 4,300 mm with press capacities of up to 480 tons. Precise bending angles, minimal deformation and repeatable results.
Machining
Precision CNC machining of welded structures and heavy components weighing up to 5 tons. Horizontal boring, milling, drilling and threading on modern machining centres.
Welding
Manual and robotic welding of steel structures and technological assemblies up to 15 metres in length and 12 tons in weight. Manufacturing in accordance with ISO 3834-2 and supported by a team of certified welders.
Surface treatment
Blasting, wet painting, powder coating and galvanising solutions selected according to customer specifications and corrosion resistance requirements.
Assembly
Assembly of steel structures, welded assemblies and complete functional units according to technical documentation and customer requirements.

Dispatch and Packaging
Products are packed and labelled in accordance with the customer’s specification. Export packaging, oversized shipments and logistics arrangements are handled individually according to the requirements of each specific order.
