Treatment
Wide Range of Surface Treatments
We provide a complete range of surface treatments for steel, stainless steel and aluminium components. Surface treatments are integrated into the production flow to ensure proper process continuity, consistent workmanship quality and appropriate corrosion resistance.
Blasting
Blasting is carried out directly at our facility using hanger-type blasting equipment. The process uses steel grit and achieves a surface cleanliness grade of Sa 2.5 according to ISO 8501-1, which is a standard level of preparation for subsequent painting and galvanizing processes.

Powder Coating
We offer powder coating of both small and large components, including multi-stage surface pre-treatment.

Powder Coating of Large Components

Surface Pre-Treatments
- 6-stage line – phosphating with zinc passivation
- 4-stage line – phosphating for standard applications
- 3-stage pre-treatment – suitable for large-sized parts
- Drying at 110–125 °C
Wet Painting
We provide wet painting for large structures:
- Maximum part dimensions: 4,000 × 3,000 × 10,000 mm
- Maximum part weight: 7,500 kg
Wet painting enables us to apply primer and top coats suitable for various operating conditions and load requirements.
Galvanic Zinc Plating
We provide zinc electroplating for steel and cast iron components, including various passivation options:
- without passivation, e.g. for KTL coating,
- blue passivation with trivalent chromate,
- yellow passivation with hexavalent chromate,
- black passivation with trivalent chromate,
- thick-layer passivation sealed with lacquer.
Coating thickness: up to 25 μm
Maximum part dimensions:
- 2000 × 1000 × 250 mm
- Bar material: up to 2,200 mm, maximum weight up to 100 kg

KTL Coating
For smaller components, we offer KTL coating, also known as cataphoretic coating, as both an anti-corrosion treatment and a primer layer:
- Maximum part dimensions: 1,500 × 500 × 1,500 mm
- Maximum weight: 50 kg
- Layer thickness: 15–35 μm
- Curing temperature: 170–235 °C
