Assembly of Complete Units and Systems
We carry out assembly ranging from smaller assemblies to large assembled units measuring several metres and weighing up to 10 tonnes. Assembly is performed as a subsequent operation following component production, welding and machining, with an emphasis on correct function, assembly accuracy and compliance with technical documentation.
Assembly Capabilities
Assembled units can include a combination of different technologies and components, in particular:
- pneumatic systems,
- hydraulic circuits,
- electronic and electrical components,
- structural parts made of various materials such as steel, wood, plastics, rubber, etc.
As part of the project, we are able to source and integrate all components required to complete assembly.
Final Inspection and Completion
Assembly is carried out in a controlled environment with an emphasis on:
- correct positioning and interconnection of individual parts,
- functionality of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic units,
- continuity with previous production operations.
The result is a fully assembled unit ready for further operations or dispatch according to the customers requirements.
